The Insert Type PLC Splitters is branching devices that is used to distribute optical signals to multiple locations for processing. In optical networks, it is often necessary to split an optical signal into many identical signals, or to combine many signals into a single signal. PLC Splitter (Planar lightwave circuit splitter) is a type of optical power management device that is fabricated using silica optical waveguide technology. They are designed for FTTx Passive Optical Networks, CWDM, DWDM and optical cable TV System. PLC Splitter is responsible to distribute optical signals from Central Office (CO) to multiple premise locations. We provides whole series of 1*N and 2*N splitter products that are tailored for specific applications. All prodcts meet GR-1209-CORE-2001 and GR-1221-CORE-1999 requirements.
The ribbon 12 fibers, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tube is wrapped with a layer of PSP longitudinally. Between the PSP and the loose tube water-blocking material is applied to keep the cable compact and watertight. Two parallel steel wires are placed at the two sides of the steel tape. The cable is completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath.
GPON-2480 Optical modem are manufactured and developed by ccofc company, which is a leader in FTTH/ FTTO broadband access network field. They are properly manageable added with features such as high-bandwidth, high reliability, low power consumption and satisfy the users requirement to access broadband, voice, data and video etc. The optical network terminal product constructed as a FTTH network conforms to the ITU-T G.984 standard, and has dual-band wireless speeds up to 1200 Mbps, supporting LC/L3 layer network protocols and high-quality voice transmission.
"GY" means outdoor optical cable for communication, "F" means non-metallic reinforcing member, "T" means ointment filling structure, "Y" means polyethylene sheath. GYFTY is positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. At the center of the core is a fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), and the loose tube (and the filling rope) is twisted around the central reinforcing core into a compact and round core with a gap in the core filled with a water-blocking filler. The outer core of the cable is extruded with a polyethylene inner sheath to form a cable.
"GY" means Outdoor optical cable for communication,"T" means Filled structure,"A" means Aluminum belt--polyethylene bonding layer. The GYTA cable is a loose tube made of a high-modulus material, which is filled with a 250 μm fiber. And the loose tube is filled with a waterproof compound. The center of the core is a metal reinforced core. For some cores, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is required to be extruded outside the metal reinforced core.
OC280-Cross Connecting Cabinet is use for outdoor cable access network, backbone cable and indoor cable arangement,it with high-capacity,high-density fiber distribution tray, suitable for the composition, splice and distribution of fibers in optical access network to achieve the fiber optic lines connection, distributing and scheduling. It features a fully enclosed cabinet that is aesthetically pleasing; has many features such as secure fiber storage and preventability. Moreover, the cabinet logo is clear, and the connection and distribution of each fiber have obvious signals, which can meet the needs of the ribbon fiber cable and the non-ribbon fiber cable at that time.
The EPON-4080 Optical modem is an EPON terminal that can be used in FTTH scenarios. It is small in size and light in weight. It is easy to be used in the construction of the network box and the upgrade of the old network. It has a 10/100/1000Mbps interface, providing users with high-speed data services and high-quality video services, and remote service delivery and failure through OMCI. Diagnostics and performance statistics to effectively reduce operating and maintenance costs. As an optical network terminal product built by FTTH network, the product conforms to IEEE802.3ah, 24 GHz WiFi dual-band wireless connection rate up to 300 Mbps, and has high-quality EPON access capability. EPON optical network terminals have the characteristics of high reliability, good service quality, strong management capability, strong scalability, flexible networking, etc., which can meet the needs of high-speed broadband access.
"GY" refers to Outdoor cable for communication, "F" refers to non-metallic reinforcing member, "T" refers to filled structure, and "Y" refers to polyethylene, "53" means Wrinkled steel strip and Polyethylene sheath. The GYFTY53 cable is constructed by inserting a 250μm fiber into a loose tube made of a high-modulus material filled with a water-repellent compound. The center of the core is a non-metallic reinforcing core (FRP). For some cores, a non-metallic reinforcing core needs to be extruded with a layer of polyethylene (PE).
