The tube is filled with a waterproof filling compound. The center of the core is a metal reinforcement. The loose tube and the filling rope are twisted around the central reinforcement into a compact circular core, and the gap in the core is filled with a water-blocking filler. Double-sided chrome-plated plastic coated steel strip (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped with polyethylene sheathed cable.
