Brief:The structure of GYFTZY63 optical cable is to insert 250μm optical fiber into PBT loose tube, fill the loose tube with waterproof grease, and the center of the cable core is a non-metallic reinforced core. The gap is filled with waterproof grease, and the loose tube (and filling rope) is twisted around the central reinforced core to form a compact and circular cable core. A layer of sheath material is extruded outside the cable core, and glass yarn is placed outside the sheath as anti rodent material. Then, a layer of polyethylene (flame retardant) sheath material is extruded.
Brief:The GYFTY fibre optic cable is constructed with a 250µm fibre optic cable in a high modulus material pine tube filled with a waterproof compound. At the centre of the core is a glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) and the loose tube (and filler rope) is twisted around the central reinforcement to form a compact and round core with a water barrier filler in the gaps. A polyethylene sheath is extruded over the core to form the cable.
