CCOFC has introduced its Mini ADSS (also known as ASU) cable, designed for overhead deployments with up to 24 fibers and span lengths of 120 meters or less. The new product offers a more cost-effective alternative to conventional ADSS cables for small-capacity, short-span projects.
By streamlining the cable structure and optimizing material usage, Mini ADSS (ASU) delivers reliable overhead performance at a lower overall cost. Its smaller diameter and lighter weight make the cable easier to handle, transport and install, reducing logistics and installation effort—especially valuable for projects with limited access or tight schedules.
The cable is well suited to distribution network communication, rural broadband access, campus and branch line overhead cabling, and other applications where high fiber counts and long spans are not required. It retains the core advantages of the ADSS family—all-dielectric construction, no grounding required, and immunity to electromagnetic interference—while providing a practical, budget-friendly option for small and medium-sized overhead projects.
The launch further expands CCOFC's overhead cable portfolio and gives customers greater flexibility in balancing cost and performance. For detailed specifications and selection guidance, please contact the CCOFC sales and technical team.
