GJYXCH is a typical self-supporting aerial FTTH drop optical fiber cable specially engineered for outdoor overhead wiring deployment in fiber-to-the-home projects. Equipped with integrated messenger wire and metallic phosphated steel strength members, this cable removes extra suspension accessories during field installation and greatly cuts construction cost & working hours for global telecom operators, system integrators and FTTH engineering contractors.
Internal Structure & Components
l Optical fiber: 1/2/4 cores available, natural or color-coded for easy splicing
l LSZH Outer Sheath: Black flame-retardant low-smoke-zero-halogen jacket for populated districts & overhead routing
l Strength member: 0.4mm phosphated steel for tension protection of fibers
l Suspension Wire: Made of phosphated steel with 0.9mm diameter, serving as self-supporting hanging component for pole-mounted aerial laying to bear cable dead weight and outdoor wind load
l All GJYXCH cables are produced strictly following ISO and international telecommunication industry standards.
l Qualified certified raw materials including phosphated steel wire and LSZH compound are adopted for stable product performance.
l Every finished cable passes complete tensile, crush and anti-aging tests.
l Customization available: customized fiber type (G652D/G657A1/A2), non-standard cable length and special specs for bulk wholesale orders from global distributors & project purchasers.
